Qualification of Applicants

Global IT Technology Program Scholarship

• Government officials, employees of public institutions or senior-level researchers at national research centers working in the IT-related fields in developing countries

  Employees from private institutions cannot apply

• Educational Background: A bachelor`s or master`s degree in the IT-related area
• English Proficiency: TOEFL(iBT 83, PBT 560, CBT 220), IELTS 6.5, TEPS 599, TOEIC 720 or higher

  English proficiency tests should have been taken within two years from the deadline of the online application

  It can be replaced with English phone interview with ITTP director

• FILL in the Online application form at KAIST online application webpage.

• PAY application fee (USD 80 or KRW80,000) by credit card.
  *For applications from African countries, contact ITTP before payment of your admission fee.
• PRINT the completed application form from KAIST online application webpage.
• DOWNLOAD the ITTP application form.
  (http://ittp.kaist.ac.kr/html/kr/adm/adm_0203.html) FILL in the ITTP application form and Print.
  
  *there is no ITTP application process in Online application webpage.
  ITTP is a special program which recruits only employees working in government related organization in emerging countries.
  Thus, ITTP requires applicants to submit ITTP application form with more detailed information of applicants so that we know mre about applicants especially about their experiences in workplace.
• SUBMIT all required documents (include ITTP application) via post ahead of deadline. Express mail may take one week or more to reach the office.
