On July 26, we had the 5th ICT Expert Seminar. The speaker was Dr.Jun Youn Kim from Software Policy Research Institute.
This seminar is quite special because Prof. Rho recommended this speaker.
Prof. Rho told the Academic-Industry Cooperation team that it was really difficult to invite Dr.Jun Youn Kim as a presenter. However, he did it for our ITTP students!
He presented 'Catching up in digital platform paradigm'. He emphasized that the traditional patterns of technological catch-up has been transformed and the digital platform has been rising and becoming significant. Through the comparision between traditional innovation theories and digital platform theories, students could have in-depth of knowledge and new perspective of value creation.
