On July 26th, we had a special event which was Joong-Bok Event.

First of all, we made a watermelon salad. It is Korean summer culture. Watermelon salad makes our body's temperature lower to overcome hot summer days. That’s why we usually make it in the summer. ITTP students enjoyed making a Watermelon salad.

In addition, Korea has three Bok-nals. They consist of Chobok, Joongbok, and Malbork. It is said that the real hotness of summer starts after Chobok ends. Korean enjoying 'Boyangsik’ or dishes that help you invigorate your stamina. One of such dishes is 'Samgyetang,’ a Korean health food made of chicken stuffed with ginseng, rice, and jujube. Students liked to eat a Samhyetang!

Hey guys~! How about trying Watermelon salad or Samgyetang since it's Joong-Bok?
