2019 ITTP ICT Expert Seminar

Yesterday, we had Mr. Kyeongpai (Franchisco) Choi, former vice president of ISP POPCONN, present on the impact of IT infrastructure to improve e-Government.

Having spent nearly 10 years living in Rwanda, Mr. Choi gained valuable insight on the topic and shared his experience with students at KAIST ITTP. We thanks him for joining us for the afternoon.
